Land Opportunities

Paul & Mark would be delighted to hear from independent estate agents in Kent, Sussex and Essex with potential land opportunities.

We promise to work closely with the introducing agent throughout the duration of the planning process and sales transaction.

We have a substantial database of local investors and builders, through to private and PLC developers and housing associations.

Both partners enjoy good long term relationships with key contacts at many of these organisations.

We are keen to agree fair commission terms with referring agents and to build mutually profitable long term relationships. We can discuss the merits of various commission splits or where necessary, even look to obtain our fees from the purchaser! 

We are able to advise as to current market values, target markets and property designs in order to maximise returns for the seller client.

We can liaise with local planning authorities and refer specialists such as town planners, architects etc.

We can collate new homes market research, including sales rates, most popular units, £ per sq mtr etc.

We can assist with technical advice inc. 106 type agreements, affordable housing thresholds etc.

We will prepare all sales package documentation including Promap.

We will advise as to the most appropriate medium for marketing.  

We will accompany viewings to site and progress the sale through to its conclusion.

We will where requested, endeavour to negotiate terms to provide our referral agent with sales of the new homes.

We will confirm agreed fees and dispersement (where appropriate) in writing.

Investment Opportunities
